ASTM A182 Stainless Steel F347 is a titanium stabilized chromium-nickel steel that resists carbide precipitation to a much extent. This grade also prevents intergranular corrosion. The addition of tantalum makes the Flanges made out of this material are resistant to creep and offer excellent stress rupture properties. ASTM A182 Stainless Steel F347 Slip On Flange can resist corrosion on a high level with the help of Columbium content in the material. They are readily weldable with high machinability.
